Current Art: Laura Canciamilla

EYE OF THE BEHOLDER
Laura Canciamilla has loved photography since she was in college and has enjoyed its magic whenever her grown up life allowed her the time. She started with landscape/nature and travel photography in college since she was lucky enough to study in Europe for six months and be introduced into the incredibly diverse scenery there.

After college, she focused for some time on wedding photography, creating candid albums for all her friends and classmates as they got married. Then, her time was devoted to school administration and her husband’s political events until she retired and returned to photography again.

This is her first exhibition and she is sharing photos from Havana, Cuba, winter rural Alaska, and the island of Kauai, as well as local scenes. Enjoy and ask her to tell you the stories behind the pictures!
